Are you regulated by any government agency/board?
We ate registered mutual fund distributor with ARN-281808. We incorporated as pvt. Ltd. Company registered with Ministry of corporate Affairs. We follow all regulations by AMFI (Association of Mutuals Funds in India).
Is my fund safe?
100%. We are not handling any fund directly. We just distribute regulated financial products. Funds are debited from your account and credited to respective financial intermediaries.
What is your revenue model?
We are paid by product manufacturer. We are not charging any amount to clients.
If I have any complaints against you, with whom should I file them?
As a first point of contact, you can raise your grievance with us by writing a mail to operations@deeppocket.in. You can escalate your complaint to respective regulators like SEBI or IRDAI depending on the product.
